Investment banking firm Piper Sandler & Co. has signed a 15-year office lease at Hines' under-construction North Loop Green in Minneapolis

Piper Sandler Leases 113K SF at New Hines Offices in Minneapolis

Hines and partners AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust and Marquee Development said Piper Sandler & Co. has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 113,000 square feet at North Loop Green, a mixed-use development under construction in the North Loop District of downtown Minneapolis. The investment banking firm will relocate its headquarters to the development as its anchor tenant in the summer of 2025.

Piper Sandler was represented in lease negotiations by Tom Braman of Braman & Associates, Inc. North Loop Green is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
