Pioneer Realty Lists 72-Unit Building in Chicago’s Uptown Neighborhood
M. Fishman & Co., a Chicago-based multifamily property owner, has named Pioneer Realty Group as the exclusive leasing agent for 5417 N. Kenmore, a 72-unit residential community located in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.
The property that features studio residential units is approximately 90% leased. Units in the six-story vintage apartment building, developed in 1929, are priced ranging from $895 to $1,095.
At 72 units, the building is one of the larger properties owned and managed by M. Fishman & Co. The company’s holdings generally range from 30-40-unit garden style properties. Many of the company’s buildings are located in the Logan Square neighborhood, near its headquarters.
Pioneer Realty Group, which leases and manages apartment buildings throughout the city, currently is the exclusive leasing agent for more than 1,000 units, ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom units, located in Lakeview, Logan Square, Edgewater, Lincoln Square, and other neighborhoods.
