Co-working – or flex work – is and will remain a post-Covid reality for both employees and employers. Pioneer Collective is consciously addressing that present- and upcoming-need for productive space.
Factually, Ergonomic Trends data shows that the number of coworking spaces worldwide is projected to increase from 23,548 last year to 41,975 by 2024.
Pioneer Collective seems to be reading the market. The new coworking, event and meeting campus consists of an approximately 12,500-square-foot office with meeting space and a kitchen in an early 20th-century Allegra Properties’ concrete-and-masonry building, according to a news release.
