Pinterest Commits to Full Floor at SL Green’s 11 Madison Avenue

 SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a new long-term lease covering approximately 83,000 square feet with Pinterest on the entire 13th floor at 11 Madison Ave. Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where people search, save and shop ideas. The tenant was represented by Evan Margolin, Justin Haber and Michael Berg of JLL. The landlord was represented by Brian Waterman, Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Brent Ozarowski of Newmark. 

“We’re excited to welcome Pinterest to 11 Madison Ave.,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “They join an extraordinary tenant roster.”

11 Madison Ave. is a 2.34-million-square-foot, 30-story office tower located between 24th and 25th streets. The building is adjacent to the popular Madison Square Park with convenient access to the neighborhood’s many restaurants, boutique hotels and shopping opportunities. Prominent building tenants include UBS, Sony, Suntory, IMG and 3-Michelin-Star restaurant Eleven Madison Park.
