Pinnacle Realty to Lease Bronx Urban Industrial Complex  

Innovo Property Group (IPG) and Affinius Capital LLC have named Pinnacle Realty of New York as the exclusive leasing agent for their urban industrial facility at 2505 Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx, New York. 

This one-million-square-foot facility, completed in 2022, offers 244,208 square feet of high-bay warehouse space with 35 loading docks and parking for 361 vehicles. It can be tailored to meet diverse tenant needs, starting from 72,000 square feet and up, in 24,000-square-foot increments. 

“This complex is a stand-out urban industrial property specifically designed to service a large population and address the needs of high-profile tenants,” said Andrew Chung, Founder and CEO of IPG.
