Pinnacle Finds Partner For Student Housing Expansion

Dallas-based Pinnacle, a multifamily management firm, is partnering with Campus Evolution Villages, which is led by Andrew Stark and Nathaniel Fowler. The joint venture, which will operate under the new brand of Pinnacle Campus Living, is being put in place to expand Pinnacle’s student housing platform.

The agreement means Pinnacle is assuming management of all owned Campus Evolution Village properties. The Pinnacle Campus Living portfolio currently has 14,000 beds, affiliated with 27 universities, across 18 states. More properties will be added soon.

“Pinnacle Campus Living was formed in direct response to our clients’ emerging investment strategies,” said Pinnacle’s president and CEO Rick Graf. “As many of our institutional clients seek a stronger presence in the student sector, we want to establish ourselves as a niche manager who can provide the most value for their specialized product.”
