Pine Tree has been appointed the management of two retail assets in the Washington DC area, Cityline at Tenley and Burke Town Center. Invesco Real Estate owns the properties.  

Located in the Washington DC metropolitan area, Cityline at Tenley and Burke Towne Center have mixed-use tenancy and grocery anchors. “We couldn’t be more excited to expand our deep relationship with our partner Invesco,” said Michael Gold, chief operating officer at Pine Tree. “These assets further solidify Pine Tree as a national owner and operator, and specifically allow us to continue to exercise our management and value creation capabilities in the mid-Atlantic region.”
