Pilsen Condo Project Launches Sales

Sales have begun for PLSN Condos, located in the 800 block of West Cullerton Street, in Pilsen. The 23-unit project is one of only a handful of new condominium developments being built in the rapidly-emerging neighborhood on Chicago’s West Side.

PLSN Condos is comprised of four buildings, the first of which is set to deliver five residences this fall. The other three buildings will offer six residences apiece.

The boutique development has single-level and duplex plans with two, three and four bedrooms, extra-wide living areas, large private outdoor space and garage parking. Prices for the first two buildings range from $399,000 to $699,000.

“The story in Pilsen is high demand and low supply,” said Jed Skae with @properties, the PLSN project’s sales and marketing firm. “The neighborhood is gaining in popularity, and there just aren’t a lot of condominiums to satisfy the needs of new-construction buyers.”

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
