Pietro Simone Will Establish Flagship Skincare Clinic in SoHo

Italian skincare expert Pietro Simone recently signed a lease at 145 Spring St in SoHo for his first-ever U.S. flagship clinic. Featuring Simone’s signature facials and body treatments, the clinic is expected to open later this fall.  

145 Spring St. is a Class A pre-war apartment building with full-floor lofts. The space Simone has leased offers keyed elevator access, oversized windows, and a flexible floor plan spanning nearly 2,000 square feet.  

Will Kuchins of Development Marketing Team handled the deal. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
