Pierce County Office Lease Closed by Lee & Associates

Epic Government (formerly known as FSR), an Annapolis, Maryland-based healthcare management and services provider, has signed one of the largest office leases in recent history in the Tacoma area. Harrison Laird and John Bauder, Principals at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, facilitated a 27,400 square-foot office lease with Epic Government on behalf of their client, D&S Family LLC.

Andrea Maks of Commercial Advantage represented the tenant. Epic Government, a healthcare solutions company for federal clients, plans to use the space as a new call center. The lease is the largest general office lease in Pierce County since early 2021 when Infoblox expanded its space at Horizon Pacific Center in downtown Tacoma.

The office and warehouse property is located at 5050 20th Street East in Fife, Washington. The property has multiple tenants, including Continuant, Puget Sound Volleyball Academy, SCA Pacific Case Management, and Foothills Family Furniture.
