Pickleball Will Take Over Neiman Marcus Space at Natick Mall
An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. is collaborating with Bosse Sports to bring a pickleball complex and culinary destination to the Natick Mall, 310 Speen St, in Natick, MA. Formerly a Neiman Marcus store, the pickleball training facility is set to open this fall.
“Bosse Sports is an exciting new addition to Bulfinch’s portfolio,” said Mike Wilcox, managing director, leasing at Bulfinch. “The new complex will bring to life our vision of creating an inclusive and vibrant space that reflects our shared values of excellence and community.”
Designed by Bosse Sports owner DJ Bosse and partner Chris Coombs, the facility reportedly will be the largest indoor dedicated pickleball complex in Massachusetts. It will feature 21 pickleball courts and a pickleball training center. Beyond pickleball, the 97,000-square-foot facility will offer lounge and event space, retail space, and multiple dining options curated by Coombs.
