Physicians Ink Deals at Medical Towers at Bee Cave II

Austin Gastroenterology and Lewis Family Medicine and Urgent Care signed contracts for space at the 42,000-square-foot Medical Towers at Bee Cave II, which is currently under construction. Perardi Development of Austin is the project’s developer and landlord.

Austin Gastroenterology, which is the largest physician group in Central Texas that specializes in treating gastrointestinal diseases, will be the lead tenant in the medical office building at 3944 Ranch Road 620 South. The site will be Lewis Family Medicine’s third location.

Construction on Medical Towers at Bee Cave II began in January 2018, and space is expected to be delivered to tenants soon. Perardi Development’s first project in the development, Bee Cave Medical & Wellness Center, is 100% occupied.
