Phoenix’s Foothills Corporate Centre Sold, Will Take on New Look
The 110,000-square-foot office was sold by SDC Foothills and the buyer was WG Group. This is WG’s first foray into the Phoenix market.
The building, which is at 14415 S. 50th Street, is 64% leased to one tenant. The new owner plans to convert the property to flex/light industrial to capture growing demand in that sector. “Foothills Corporate Centre’s existing infrastructure and clear heights coupled with a highly accessible location make it an ideal candidate for a flex conversion,” said CJ Osbrink from Newmark, who brokered the deal.
The WG Group is a Nevada firm who has closed a number of deals in the Las Vegas area.
