Phoenix’s Camelback Collective Fetches Record Price
It came on the scene in 2018 with a lot of fanfare. The Camelback Collective along with an adjacent AC Marriott were built in unison on the well-known intersection of Camelback and 28th Street. The Camelback Collective has now been purchased by Oklahoma-based Humphreys Capital for $66.35 million. At $573 a square foot, Phoenix’s Cushman and Wakefield office says that’s a record sale for the town for an office building.
The building is known for its floor to ceiling glass and unique architecture. The four-story 115,000 square foot real estate office and the neighboring AC Marriott hotel are tightly packed into 3.6 acres.
