Phoenix Tube Nears Completion of 75K-SF Bethlehem Expansion

Development firm J.G. Petrucci Company is nearing completion on a  75,000-square-foot expansion for Phoenix Tube Company, a manufacturer of stainless-steel tubing and processed flat bars for ornamental and structural applications.

Located adjacent to Phoenix Tube’s existing 200,000-square-foot facility at 925 Bethlehem Drive, the new building significantly increases the company’s manufacturing footprint, adding dedicated space for production, warehousing, and offices.

The new structure includes heavy manufacturing areas and a 3,200 square-foot mezzanine level for office and storage. “From the outset, this project was about more than just adding square footage—it was about building the foundation for Phoenix Tube’s next phase of growth,” said Matt Campbell, Project Executive at J.G. Petrucci Company. “We worked closely with their team to align the design with their operational needs and deliver a facility that will serve them for decades. It’s been a true partnership, and we’re proud to help bring their vision to life.”
