Phoenix Infill Industrial Property Trades for $46.7M
MIG Real Estate paid $46.7 million for the Seventy5 Business Park, a four-building industrial infill park totaling 222,394 square feet at 7150 West Roosevelt Street in Phoenix. The project is situated on 14.4 acres with freeway visibility from Interstate 10. The property is currently 95% leased to a diverse roster of 33 tenants. The seller was Baron Properties, a full-service real estate firm based in Denver focused on investments, development, and management of industrial and multifamily assets.
Will Strong, Phil Haenel, Foster Bundy, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, Jack Stamets, and Madeline Warren of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mountain West Capital Markets Industrial team represented Baron Properties in the transaction.
“Seventy5 Business Park features four modern industrial buildings tailored for logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing. With strong tenancy, high occupancy, and reliable cash flow, the project presented a rare opportunity to invest in a top-tier small-bay industrial complex in a prime infill location,” said Foster Bundy.
