Phoenix Hospitality Forges Public-Private Deal in Marble Falls
The City of Marble Falls, the Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Boerne-based Phoenix Hospitality Group (PHG) have agreed to collaborate on building a full-service hotel and conference center. The hotel will be located on a site overlooking Lakeside Park and Lake Marble Falls.
The hotel will feature approximately 120 guest rooms, 21,000 square feet of conference, event and ballroom space, a lakefront restaurant and bar, and a rooftop venue.
“In 2019, we opened the Bevy Hotel in Boerne, which was subsequently awarded the ‘Best Boutique Hotel in Texas’,” said Ed McClure, founder and CEO of PHG. “We are near completion of the design phase of the Marble Falls hotel, utilizing the same design team we used in Boerne. I can comfortably say the Marble Falls hotel is even more exciting than the tremendous Boerne project with added amenities and, of course, the irreplaceable lakefront.”
