PHoenix LA Fitness building sells for $9.5M

Phoenix-Area LA Fitness Building Fetches $9.5M

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services sold the LA Fitness located at 4836 E Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, for $9.5 million. Senior Associate Brandon Perez represented the seller. 

Located in the Ahwatukee submarket of Phoenix, the retail building, built in 2002, is positioned on a 5.13-acre lot with 45,000 square feet of leasable area. 

LA Fitness has been operating at this location for 18 years, with its lease term running through 2025. 

“The buyer has plans to cash flow the property,” said Perez. “If the tenant were ever to leave, they have their own concept they can backfill the space with.”
