Optum Center Deer Valley $20 million

Phoenix-Area Deer Valley Medical Center Sells for $20 Million

The five-story Optum Center was sold to Cleveland-based Woodside Health Development for $244 a square foot. Talia Jevan Properties of Vancouver, BC was the seller, who was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

The 81,907 square foot building also includes a five-story parking garage. It’s 94% leased with United Health Care as it prime tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman is sold on the area, “The Deer Valley trade area contains one of the most significant employments centers…with the addition of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Plant to the north. Office and medical office space within the immediate trade area enjoys single-digit vacancy rates.
