Creekside Village Green

Phillips Edison Buys 98%-Leased Woodlands Shopping Center

Creekside Village Green, a 74,000 square foot retail center in The Woodlands, was acquired by Phillips Edison & Company. The 98% leased shopping center was sold by Kobalt Investment Company.

Creekside Park Village Green is located at 26400 Kuykendahl Road. The property is shadow anchored by an H-E-B grocery store.

Built in 2014 by The Woodlands Development Company (subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation), the lifestyle center sits on 6.4 acres and features a diverse tenant mix of credit and national retailers.

The property contains a second story with retail tenancy including medical retail.
