Philipp Plein Returns to SoHo with 10-Year Lease

Lee & Associates NYC represented 119 Spring Street Subsidiary LLC in a new 10-year lease with Philipp Plein at 119 Spring St in SoHo. The lease consists of the property’s ground floor (1,951 square feet), and lower level (1,182 square feet).

Philipp Plein will move in immediately. Ahead of its permanent opening, Philipp Plein hosted a popup for their Plein Sport line, on Feb. 9, which marked the first time Plein Sport was introduced to the United States.

Peter Braus, Paul Popkin and Jessica Gerstein from Lee & Associates NYC represented the landlord, 119 Spring Street Subsidiary LLC. Richard Johnson and Gabriel Paisner from Odyssey Retail Advisors represented Philipp Plein.

“We’re thrilled to see the return of Philipp Plein in SoHo,” said Braus, managing principal and co-founder at Lee NYC. “Philipp Plein brings one of Europe’s top designer brands back to New York’s best retailing neighborhood where it belongs.”
