Philadelphia Office Site Poised for Industrial Redevelopment

Avison Young has been selected as the exclusive leasing agency by The RMR Group, an alternative asset management firm, to market a planned development of a new 477,500-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial facility at 8800 Tinicum Boulevard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Avison Young’s Matthew Marshall, Jim Scott, and Jack Owens are leading the leasing efforts for The RMR Group. “As Philadelphia’s airport and ports expand, the property’s industrial infrastructure will play a key role in supporting regional economic growth,” said Scott.

Strategically located directly across from the Philadelphia International Airport and with immediate access to Interstate 95, 8800 Tinicum offers unmatched connectivity for efficient distribution across the northeast corridor and mid-Atlantic markets.

Designed for high-performance operations, 8800 Tinicum will feature 40-foot clear heights, 8,000 amps of power, and abundant car and trailer parking, ensuring efficiency and adaptability for modern logistics and industrial needs. It is expected that construction can start as early as this summer.
