Phil Geiger Joins Stream Realty in Chicago from JLL

Phil Geiger has joined Stream Realty Partners as a managing director in the firm’s Chicago office. He comes to Stream from JLL, where he advanced from working as an associate to a managing director after graduating from Colby College in 2004.

Geiger will be responsible for tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. Geiger will partner with SVP Brian Duffy to accelerate the platform’s growth. Both will work alongside executive managing director Patrick Russo, who was recently promoted to partner.

“With the addition of Phil, we have assembled the foundational leadership that we need to build a powerhouse tenant representation platform in Chicago,” Russo said. “Like our other offices across the country, Stream Chicago will be an incredibly active player and force in occupier services. Phil is a perfect fit for our culture, and we are thrilled to have him on the team.”
