Phase II Underway for The Links at PGA Parkway in Frisco
Carbon Companies and Greenway Investment Company have begun construction on the second phase of the Links at PGA Parkway apartments in Frisco. The second phase will include 315 apartment units within four buildings and will have its own pool, clubhouse and amenities. Phase II amenities include a golf simulator, pool and a two-acre park in the center of the property. There are two championship golf courses nearby as well as the Omni PGA Frisco Resort.
Phase I, a 375-unit project was completed in 2021 and is fully leased. “Phase One leased up in 6 months, and the need for upscale housing in this area still remains strong,” said Carbon Companies Ed Garahan.
The first units of Phase II will be delivered in February of 2023. All this is part of a four-phase project which will eventually include 1,310 units.
