Phase 4 of $250M Residential Scheduled for Fall Groundbreaking

Stonelake Capital Partners announced a construction launch in fall 2017 on Phase 4 at Trinity Green, a 324-unit, Class A apartment development in West Dallas. Phase 4, known as Alta Trinity Green, is part of the $250 million, 25-acre urban residential district on Singleton Avenue. Upon build out, Trinity Green will offer 1,500 residential units and a one-acre park.

Alta Trinity Green, which Stonelake is developing in conjunction with Wood Partners, will be a five-story wrap, which will deliver initial units in spring 2019. Meanwhile, Trinity Green’s first phase, a 355-unit development dubbed The Austin | Trinity Green, is scheduled for an April 2017 opening, and is 12% preleased. Stonelake is developing the first phase with Streetlights Residential.

David Weekley Homes is developing Phase 2, consisting of 96 single-family homes, while phase 3 is the one-acre park.
