Pharmacy 5th Ave. will open its third location at 1325 Fifth Ave., on the southeast corner of 112th Street, in the Central Park North section of Harlem.

“We’re watching Uptown mature on the daily,” said Faith Hope Consolo, of The Worldwide Leasing Team at Douglas Elliman. “After all the restaurants and boutiques, what really signifies this as an emerging neighborhood are these staple businesses.”

Pharmacy 5th Ave. owns and operates two other locations, Surf Avenue Pharmacy in Brooklyn, and Austin Street Pharmacy in Forest Hills. Until recently, an H&R Block filled the retail space.
