Pharmaceutical Company Generichem Relocates to Morris County  

Generichem Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, has signed a 27,500 square feet corporate office and distribution facility lease in the Towaco section of Montville Township, New Jersey. 

Located at 425 Main Road, the facility is owned, built, and managed by Schuster Baumer. CBRE arranged the lease on behalf of the principals of Generichem with a team led by Marc Trevisan and Tom Mallaney. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership. 

“We are pleased to accommodate the principals of Generichem in their search for a new office/warehouse facility in a very challenging industrial availability market,” said Mallaney. “425 Main Road will allow the company to continue their growth over many years.”
