Pharma Firm Signs NJ’s Biggest Office Lease of 2018

Pharmaceutical firm Teva has leased 345,000 square feet at P3 Properties’ MCCBLUE, a 541,000-square-foot office complex formerly known as Morris Corporate Center III and located at 400 Interpace Pkwy. in Parsippany, NJ. The company is relocating a major business unit to the Parsippany from North Wales, PA.

Managing director Dan Johnsen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Teva in the 12-year lease. A JLL team of Frank D. Recine, Timothy Greiner, Blake Goodman and Fred Hyatt represented P3.

“Our team at P3 has been very successful at developing and creating an identity and branding overhaul for MCC III,” said P3 CEO Harvey Rosenblatt. “Frank, Tim, Blake and Fred were crucial to our efforts, completing a number of transactions in just a few months and stabilizing the property in record time. This is by far the largest office lease signed in New Jersey so far this year.”
