Pflugerville Hospital Scheduled for February Groundbreaking

Less than one month after unveiling plans to build a new hospital in Pflugerville, TX., Baylor Scott & White Health announced it would break ground on the project on Feb. 8. The project will be situated on 26 acres of a 148.8-acre tract of land at 2600 E. Pflugerville Parkway, fronting SH 130. The larger acreage was rezoned in October 2016.

The proposed hospital building will consist of 97,474 square feet spread over three stories, with expansion possibilities to 114,745 square feet over four stories. Two driveways into the 244-space parking lot are planned off East Pflugerville Parkway.

The Feb. 8 groundbreaking will be attended by city officials, BS&W leaders, and other local dignitaries.
