PetSmart Fills Last Retail Space at 670 Columbus

PetSmart has leased a 1,820-square-foot store at 670 Columbus Ave. The retail space is now fully-leased.

“This property is ideal for national retail tenants, and we are proud to announce its full lease-up,” said Joanne Podell, executive vice chairman for Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the landlord, The Klein Group, in the transaction. RKF represented PetSmart in the deal.

The retail space, which sits at the base of a luxury condominium tower, houses other tenants such as Trader Joe’s, Party City and ICON Parking. PetSmart’s new ground floor space includes 18-foot ceilings, new construction and 66 feet of street frontage.
