Peterson Companies Buys Rockville MF Community  

Peterson Companies, a DC-based real estate development firm, has acquired Huntington at King Farm: Phase II, a 402-unit multifamily community located in Rockville, Maryland. The price was not disclosed. 

Huntington at King Farm: Phase II is situated in the King Farm neighborhood and features 402 rental units, including 165 townhomes with private parking garages. Originally constructed in 2000, the property offers floor plans averaging nearly 1,200 square feet. Over the years, approximately 342 units have been renovated, and the property is currently 95.52% occupied. 

Martha Hastings, Bill Roohan, Mike Muldowney, Michael Rudolph, Brian Margerum, Brian McAuliffe, Bob Dean, Jonathan Greenberg, Kemp Broujos, and Zach Stone of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. David Webb, Maxi Leachman, Justin Glasgow, Matt Hodson and Jones Veith of CBRE provided the financing for the buyer.
