Pet Supplies Plus Expands in Katy

Pet Supplies Plus, a supplier of pet food and toys, leased 9,000 square feet of space in the Houston suburb of Katy.

The planned store, situated at Highland Knolls Drive and Westgreen Boulevard, marks the animal retailer’s second Katy location. It is set to open in late 2017.

Lunden McGill of Baker Katz represented Pet Supplies Plus in negotiations, while Connor Lynch and Anderson Smith of Capital Retail Properties represented the landlord, Lovett Commercial.
