Pet Food Manufacturer Signs 163K-SF Lease in Ontario

NAI Capital Commercial VP Dawn Lowder, Julie Dammeier of First Team Real Estate and Andrew Rodriguez represented the landlord in the lease of a 163,336-square-foot industrial facility located at 1930 S. Parco Ave. in Ontario. The tenant, Hoa’s Global Pet Nutrition Inc., was represented by Jesse and Jacklyn Hamilton of Maple Commercial Real Estate.

Hoa’s Global Pet will occupy the M2-zoned property, which features heavy power, a fully fenced perimeter, and sits on 8.21 acres. The facility offers flexibility for a variety of industrial uses, including warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics. Features include fully built-out office space, conference rooms, a training room, and a 10,000-square-foot Class 8 Clean Room.

“This facility stands apart in the Inland Empire market,” said Lowder. “The combination of scale, power infrastructure, the Class 8 Clean Room, and freeway and airport access made it an ideal fit for Hoa’s Global Pet Nutrition as the company expands into this next chapter of growth.”
