Pest Share Secures $4.5M to Revolutionize Pest Control in PM

Pest Share, a Software as a Services (SaaS) platform providing cost-effective, on-demand pest control services to residents and simultaneously boosting revenue for property managers, announced its seed raise of $4.5 million.

The capital will fuel the expansion and advancement of its operations and technology platform. The round was led by MetaProp and Capital Eleven, with notable participation from Vesta Ventures and Far Out Venture Capital.

“While not the most glamorous field, pest control is undeniably essential. Approximately 84% of renters face infestations each year, yet many refrain from reporting the issue due to contractual responsibilities and choose do-it-yourself solutions,” said Landon Cooley, CEO and Co-Founder of Pest Share. “With the support of our investment partners, these funds will empower us to develop further a seamless and efficient solution that caters to both residents and property managers.”

Founded in 2019, Pest Share’s technology provides residents with an affordable pest-control solution, connecting residents to professional vendors across the United States.
