Peruvian Restaurant Concept Expands into Harford County

Locally-owned Peruvian restaurant El Gran Pollo has chosen Bel Air Plaza in Bel Air as the site for its first location in Harford County and sixth in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area.

Owner Walter Chavez signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 2,520 square feet of space at Bel Air Plaza, a 160,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 513-599 Baltimore Pike. Anchored by ALDI, La-Z-Boy, Ross Dress For Less, Starbucks Coffee and Value City Furniture, the center is 100 percent leased. Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, represented the landlord in this transaction.

El Gran Pollo, which operates Baltimore County locations in Owings Mills, Pikesville, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, and Towson, recently opened for business at Bel Air Plaza. Bel Air Plaza features a mix of more than 20 restaurants, retailers, healthcare groups and professional services providers.
