Perseus TDC, the Mid-Atlantic regional office of Transwestern Development Company, has hired Toby Millman as Regional Partner. Based in Washington, DC, Millman will oversee the strategic direction of the office, as well as source and execute development projects throughout the region, focusing primarily on mixed-use and multifamily properties. 

Millman brings almost 30 years of experience to the position, having previously worked for Brookfield Properties and Vornado Realty Trust, as well as owning and operating his own development and homebuilding company. Millman also worked for Washington-area developers EYA and Abdo Development. 

“We are excited about the addition of such a seasoned executive to help us build on our existing pipeline and capitalize on unique opportunities in the market,” said Carleton Riser, president of TDC. Millman earned his bachelor’s degree in urban and regional studies from Cornell University and a master’s degree in regional planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
