CH Realty Partners and Blumenfeld Development have sold a fully leased warehouse in Perris, CA for more than $112 million

Perris Warehouse Trades at Record-Setting Pricing

(Updated with additional information)

CH Realty Partners and Blumenfeld Development Group sold a 333,572-square-foot industrial building fully leased to Cypress Medical Products, a division of McKesson Corporation. The building, located on 16.9 acres at 21500 Harvill Rd. in Perris, sold for $112,250,000 to MDH Partners.

Eastdil Secured represented both the buyer and seller. According to CH Realty, the sale price of $337 per square foot sets a record for a warehouse distribution building in the Inland Empire East market.

CH Realty and Blumenfeld acquired the building vacant in shell condition from the Rockefeller Group in late 2021, and completed a series of improvements to deliver a modern industrial facility that appealed to a variety of industrial users.

Note: The sale price for the property has been updated to $112,250,000, not $11,250,000 as it originally appeared.
