1 million sq ft DFW Park 161 Sold By Perot/Invesco

Perot/Invesco Venture Unload Phase I of DFW Business Park

The joint venture sold Phase I of the DFW Park 161, a last-mile distribution campus in Irving. The three-building, million square foot development was sold to BentallGreenOak. A recent report put out by a local economic development agency had the companies putting over $100 million in the development. Peinado Construction was the builder and Halff Associates was the designer. JLL Capital Markets assisted the joint venture seller.

Invesco and Perot broke ground on Phase I in 2020 and despite recently reaching completion, it’s 100% leased out to four tenants. Phase II will include 1.4 million square feet. The entire project spans over 200 acres that’s just east of the DFW Airport, off Highway 161.
