Permits Filed for Arts District 40-Story Multifamily
Developer ZOM Holdings has applied for permits to build a 416-unit, 40-story apartment tower in the Dallas Arts District. If approved, the high-rise will be one of the tallest buildings constructed in downtown Dallas in almost 20 years.
The apartment property will be at Flora and Olive Streets, one block south of Klyde Warren Park. The permit is valued at $132 million. The project will take 18 to 24 months from the start of construction.
The designer is Add Inc. of Boston. Balfour Beatty Construction is the General Contractor.
