Perfumania & Fragrance Outlet Partners With RCS

RCS Real Estate Advisors, a retail real estate advisor, has been selected to spearhead the next phase of growth for Perfumania & Fragrance Outlet, operating a portfolio of over 219 stores nationwide. This strategic alliance aims to drive the brands into a new era of streamlined real estate management, expansion, and innovation.

While historically thriving in outlet centers, Perfumania & Fragrance Outlet have engaged RCS to secure new store locations in high-traffic malls and other full-priced properties, shifting towards offering authentic designer fragrances in premium mall settings for an enhanced shopping experience. RCS will act as the outsourced real estate department for both brands, managing lease renewals, exploring new leasing opportunities, and addressing day-to-day real estate matters.

Bill Aisenberg, CFO of Perfumania & Fragrance Outlet, highlighted, “Partnering with RCS marks a strategic leap forward, fortifying our growth prospects. This collaboration streamlines our retail real estate asset management, crucial for our long-term expansion plans.”
