Perenchio Malibu Portfolio Expected to Fetch More Than $150M

Savills Studley and The Agency joined forces to market the Perenchio Family’s Malibu Portfolio that includes more than 70 acres across eight residential and commercially zoned parcels in Malibu. Mark Sullivan leads the Savills Studley team, while Mauricio Umansky leads The Agency team.

Sullivan says, “This is not only one of Southern California’s most iconic land portfolios, it will also be one of the most important transactions in Malibu’s history. An offering of this scale and quality is unprecedented in this market, and will afford the new stewards of the land a chance to play a tremendous role in shaping the city’s future.”

This is the first time the land has been offered for sale in more than 30 years, and comes on the heels of American businessman and billionaire, Jerry Perenchio’s, passing earlier this year.

No price has been set, but the portfolio is anticipated to fetch more than $150 million.

Properties include:

  • Point Dume Parcel: 18.87 acres, 29136 Pacific Coast Highway
  • Sycamore Village: 10.02 acres, 23575 Civic Center Way
  • Island Parcel (pictured): 1.11-acre lot, Webb Way and Pacific Coast Highway
  • Smith Parcel: 7.13 acres, Civic Center Way and Stuart Ranch Road
  • Trancas Parcel: 24.88 acres, Trancas Canyon and the Pacific Coast Highway
  • Malibu Colony Parcel: 3.58 acres, 23644 Malibu Road
