Peregrine to Launch Firm, Open Office in Downtown Chicago
Peregrine Economics, an economic consulting firm, plans to open a downtown office in Chicago as its headquarters starting in 2024. Founded by industry veterans and Chicago natives Chad Coffman, Peter Hickey, Candice Rosevear, and Scott Walster, Peregrine Economics provides independent economic and financial analysis.
The new economics consulting firm signed a five-year lease to occupy 6,500 square feet at 125 S. Wacker Drive, which will open with 25 employees, according to co-founder Scott Walster, a former assistant director and financial economist with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, reported the Chicago Business Journal.
“We are excited to announce the launch of Peregrine Economics and to offer our clients unparalleled expertise in economic consulting,” said Chad Coffman, co-founder and president of Peregrine Economics. 125 South Wacker is a 31-story, 566,454 square foot office tower located in the West Loop. Hines has acted as the property manager for the Class A building since 2020.
