Peraton, Inc., has renewed its full-building lease of 8300 Professional Place in Landover, MD.

Peraton Renews 61K-SF for its Global, Galactic Missions of Consequence

Edge has brokered a lease with Peraton, Inc., for 60,860 square feet of space at 8300 Professional Place in Landover, MD. The signing represents a long-term renewal for the IT provider company, which has occupied the entire building since 2018.

Kenneth Fellows and Robert Pugh with Edge represented the landlord and owner, Bristol Capital. Daniel Rasmussen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy as it partners with essential government agencies across the intelligence, space, cyber, defense, citizen security, and health markets.

The Professional Place portfolio is comprised of 8100 Professional Place (57,300 square feet); 8200 Professional Place (28,600); 8240 Professional Place (28,400 square feet) and 8300 Professional Place (60,860).

Professional Place is less than one mile from the New Carrollton stations serving the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit system and Maryland Rail Commuter line.
