Perardi Readies for Bee Cave MOB, Phase 2

Following the 100% prelease of the 23,000-square-foot Medical Towers at Bee Cave, Perardi Development is readying for the next step; attracting tenants for the 42,000-square-foot Medical Towers at Bee Cave II. The development is at Ranch-to-Market Road 620 and SH 71, west of Austin.

Construction on the first phase is wrapping up, with tenants opening in phases from October-December 2017. Meanwhile, Austin-based Perardi is in negotiations with a national surgery and imaging center for the next phase.

BSA LifeStructures (formerly H+SP) is the project’s architect, while LJA Engineering has been tapped as the engineering firm. Perardi Development is seeking bids for a general contractor. As site permits are in hand, the building could be ready within 15 months.
