- Stream Realty Partners has promoted Randy Cooper to Executive Vice Chairman and Partner. In this role, Cooper will continue to assist in leading Stream’s office tenant representation division in the North Texas market and contribute to expanding the company’s national office tenant representation practice. Recognized as one of the highest-producing brokerage professionals in the Texas market, Cooper has completed many of the state’s largest office tenant representation assignments, including the single-largest office lease transaction completed in Texas.
- Dallas-based Aligned Data Centers appointed Meghan Baivier as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition, the company announced the transition of former CFO Anubhav Raj to Aligned’s new Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Ms. Baivier brings over 23 years of experience in finance and leadership to Aligned’s senior leadership team. She will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations.
- Avison Young appointed Ted Rohan as Market Leader for its Austin office. He has assumed a leadership role focusing on bolstering Avison Young’s business for the local region and recruiting top talent to serve the needs of occupier and investor clients. He will also continue his tenant representation specialty. Rohan has been with the firm for over eight years and was promoted to Principal this year. With nearly a decade of experience, he has a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations in excess of $200 million in transaction value.
- LV Collective has added Alex Perkins to their leadership team as president of multifamily. In this role, Alex will define and execute the firm’s multifamily platform, overseeing strategy, development, capital markets, operations, and asset management. Alex brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, previously serving as a director for Greystar Development and Construction Services.
- Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces a strategic leadership realignment, naming Chip Clarke Chief Revenue Officer and Bruce Ford Chief Operating Officer for the national brokerage and asset services company.
