Amegy, Inspired and Stream Close Deals in This Week’s Texas People & Company News
- Blake Hastings will succeed Tim Handren as the new chief executive of Santikos Entertainment, the San Antonio-based movie theater and real estate company.
- Jeremy Brubaker is a Partner in Partners’ Dallas office, specializing in Office Tenant Representation. Before joining Partners, Jeremy served as an Executive Vice President at NAI Robert Lynn, overseeing the Uptown and Preston Center office markets in Dallas.
- Amegy Bank will relocate its Central Texas headquarters to 300 Convent, a high-rise in downtown San Antonio. The new downtown hub will accommodate 100 offices and workstations, a conference center for large customer and community events, and smaller meeting spaces.
- JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged the successful sale of Sage Spring Senior Living, a senior living community in San Marcos. JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Bow River Capital and Investcor, and procured the buyer, Inspired Healthcare Capital.
- Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the office leasing of 4411 San Felipe, the newest Class A asset in Houston’s Galleria submarket. Leased by Stream’s Ryan Barbles and Parker Noble, the 94,825-square-foot building offers premium amenities and location.
