  • The Morgan Group hired Andy Lusk as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Lusk, with more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and strategy, will oversee equity capital markets and acquisitions strategy. He also will join the firm’s leadership team and serve as a member of Morgan’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Lusk comes over from Lionstone Investments, where he was Chief Investment Officer.
  • Paul Bennett has been appointed Senior Managing Director and Market Leader of Houston for Granite Properties.  Scott Martin, Granite’s longtime Executive Managing Director who led the Houston Granite team for 26 years, retired effective January 1, 2025. Paul will be responsible for investment, development, leasing and market positioning of Houston and Dallas. Paul began his career at Granite as Director of Investments.
  • Trademark Property hired Marina Zuza as Vice President of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience, Zuza will lead the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Caregiver, Inc., where she led a team of HR professionals that supported a dispersed workforce of 4,000 employees across five states.
  • Ian Zapata has joined Corgan as the firms Director of Design. As Director of Design, Zapata will continue to advance Corgan’s design philosophy while helping imbed elevated, data-driven, and sustainable design principles in the firm’s work across all sectors. He began his career as an architectural intern with the firm more than 25 years ago. With a portfolio spanning design and planning for airport, hotel, office, and corporate headquarters projects, he brings multifaceted experience to the role. 
  • Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC, a Houston firm founded in 2005, has announced it has rebranded as Rogers DeSimone Structural Engineers, LLC, upon the retirement of founding partner Matt Henderson, PE. Leadership will continue under company President K. Elaine Rogers, PE, also a founding partner.
