  • Transwestern announces Brian Delgado has been named Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Markets. Delgado has worked with U.S. and foreign institutional investors, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations and family offices. He joins Transwestern from CrossHarbor Capital Partners, where he served as Managing Director, Business Development & Investor Relations, closing over $1.2 billion in aggregated investor commitments.
  • Adam Altsuler has been named Chief Financial Officer for Transwestern. Serving as a key member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Altsuler is charged with setting enterprise-wide fiscal priorities and overseeing all financial matters for Transwestern as it executes a transformation designed to scale capabilities and optimize synergies to support its mission of value creation.
  • Faris Lee Investments facilitated the sale of Windcrest Village Center in Magnolia, Texas for $5.3 million. The transaction was led by Don MacLellan and Jeff Conover who represented a Southern California 1031 client targeting Texas based on strength of economy and lack of state income tax. Windcrest Village Center, a 14,907 square-foot strip center on 2.5 acres of land, completed construction in 2023 and is fully leased to national / regional retailers.
  • The Dallas industrial market has 33.6 million square feet of industrial supply currently under construction – the nation’s second-largest industrial expansion. Overall, 463 million square feet of industrial space is currently under construction nationwide, representing 2.4% of current industrial stock.  
  • Stotan Industrial is adding nearly 500,000 sf of warehouse space in Live Oak. The lot at 13552 Topperwein Rd. will house four buildings. Development is currently expected to cost $51 million.
