  • Lee & Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Lillie Norton CPM, AcoM, to their team as Senior Property Manager. Specializing in the management of expansive portfolios of office properties across diverse submarkets in Houston, including the Central Business District, Westchase District, Galleria, and North and South Houston, Lillie has established herself as a leader in the field with 26 years of distinguished experience in the real estate industry. 
  • Capital Square’s offering, Capital Square Denton BFR, LLC, has been fully subscribed. The Regulation D private placement is comprised of a 195-unit, single-family build-for-rent community in the Dallas suburb of Denton, Texas. Capital Square has partnered with Good + West Residential and Montgomery Street Partners as co-developers on the project, which will be developed and marketed under their “Perch” brand.  
  • Foundry Commercial just purchased the 4000 Horizon Way office in Las Colinas and will tear the 24-year-old building down for a new industrial project. Foundry Commercial plans to replace the two-story office with a 24-acre, 337,000-square-foot industrial park. Demolition of the building will kick off in early 2024.
  • Lovett Industrial and Rosewood Property Company recently acquired 12.2 acres in Addison, Texas, to develop Addison Innovation Center. The business center is expected to consist of 242,062 square feet across two Class A industrial buildings. 
  • Constellation Real Estate Partners in partnership with Northwestern Mutual has acquired 10 acres of land at 901 E. Avenue K in Grand Prairie, Texas, for the development of Constellation Commerce 360, a two-building, 200,493-square-foot state-of-the-art industrial project. Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2024 with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
