- CityStreet Residential Partners (CSRP) acquired Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort in Georgetown, TX. This acquisition marks the first RV resort in the Austin area for the Houston-based developer, and the 6th RV resort in CSRP’s growing portfolio. The company plans to add 200 additional RV sites, bringing the total to 424, and new amenities such as a pavilion, a beer garden, an additional pool, resort style lazy river, outdoor cabana with grills and numerous gathering areas. These improvements are slated to be completed by September 2024.
- Harbor Group International, a privately owned international real estate investment and management firm, acquired The Warner, a 336-unit luxury multifamily community in Round Rock. The acquisition expands the firm’s Texas multifamily portfolio, which is comprised of 8,647 apartment units. The property is 98% leased as of July 2023.
- Dallas-based Citadel Partners promoted three team members to senior-level positions. Citadel promoted Mac Morse to Market Principal and Katherine Jessen and Paul Clarkson to Senior Advisor roles. Mac specializes in tenant representation, acquisition/disposition assignments, and lease and purchase negotiations. Katherine provides comprehensive real estate strategies that address companies’ operations, corporate culture, brand, employee loyalty, and financial needs. Paul specializes in the northwest Dallas industrial and metropolitan submarkets advising clients in tenant representation, leasing, acquisition/disposition, build-to-suit and design-build assignments.
- CAF Capital Partners, a Dallas-based private equity real estate has added Jason Geer as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to joining CAF Capital Partners, Geer spent more than 25 years with Invesco Real Estate. At CAF Geer’s role will center on driving ongoing expansion efforts in the Southeastern region. His focus will be directed toward Acquisitions, Equity Partnerships, and specialized client relationships, all within the multifamily domain.
